We & two our friends families stayed at this place , Far from beach and other places. Hotel staff is ok but restaurant staff were very bad Sameer and other served stale oily & soggy veg crispy , we didn’t ate and complained but staff was not ready to either change with other dish of similar or lower price we requested for fried rice but they were so bad in their rigid behaviour that we have to accept same order repeat , we ordered other items as well all was ok but for 1 dish they didn’t respect their customer at last we said no need to waste food as no one will have better don’t make if u want to charge charge us but don’t waste. They charged us fully very unethical poor service & behaviour So I would love to give 1 star for overall experience, very very bad behaviour would strongly not recommend to any one.

I had very bad experience at this hotel , i will start with check in .i requested for early checkin for 9 am , i reached at hotel at around 8-8:30 am , desk staff was sleeping and when i asked him he simply said we dont allow check in till 12 and than just went back to sleep. He didn’t even bother to give me any information regarding lounge area or washroom where i can even get freshen up , and when i asked again after an hour , he said ,”its not my mistake you came early “ . This was response i got from reception staff . 2nd thing , breakfast was included and yet when i ordered milk for room service because breakfast was not ready yet at 8:30 am, they charged me 75 rs/-. 3rd thing , my room was on 2nd floor , someone kept lift door open on ground floor , n alarm kept on going like ‘please close the door’ for like 5 mins(even I could hear it on 2nd floor ) , and there were 4 staff member present at reception, and no one bothered to just close the door . And no one even responded when i asked , so i had to come down at ground floor to close the door . 4th and worst thing was , SOMEONE OPENED MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING OR RINGING THE BELL .TWICE . Me being only girl in room felt so horrible about that . Staff just opened door when i was inside room without knocking . Other than rude staff behaviour , food was ok . Room was ok . Location was not good . I spent 5k when this hotel doesn’t even deserve 1k. I felt like i was staying at some local guest house . It was not worth 5k .

I’m sharing my experience specially for the restaurant, the worst service they gave each and every time, none of the staff members don’t know anything, I’m not just talking about the waiters even the captain and Manager None of them don’t know anything about Their own restaurant foods, they don’t know the silly things. All of them are foolish peoples. Strongly recommended. Please don’t waste your time at this restaurant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
