My recent 3 day family stay at the property was great. Rooms, washrooms were clean. Room service is good can be little better. Breakfast buffet is exceptionally tasty and sumptuous. Staff is polite. Best part is its location. Shri SAI BABA'S temple is just at 5 -7 minute walking distance. Overall experience of my stay at this hotel was amazing.

A walkable distance from Sai temple, this hotel is best value for money. We visited in Dec 2023 and it had just gone through renovation. The rooms and bathroom are clean and premium. It is just adjacent to the Shirdi bus depo, so the only noise is some announcements from the depot. The staff is very friendly and professional. Enough parking space. There is a restaurant which has excellent food . It's a pure veg hotel and restaurant.

We stayed for 2 days. It is very near for shirdi darshan. It is walking distance for darshan. Hence it definitely scores the points. Rooms were okay. The toilet in room didn't have the latch from outside so that was a negative. The food was very good the first day as we had reached on diwali day. However the service was very sloppy. Food would be served in bits and pieces. Food was served without spoons which was a huge red flag. When we asked they said there were a shortage of spoons and neither was wooden spoons being offered as an alternative. Staff shortage was also given as an excuse. This made us realise that eating outside was far better than eating in the comfort of the room. The rooms are decent considering you want to focus on visiting the shirdi temple and only rest here.

Extremely worst hotel I have ever visited. I stayed in 211 room number. Paid 4200 for two days. AC is making more noise For two days they have just provided 1 litre or water and they said it is complementary. Other hotels they provide daily and do the room cleaning daily but this hotel does it only once. Complementary breakfast is not provided by default in Agoda. You need to pay 250 extra per head and items are not worth. Early check in option is not available even though the rooms are there. We have waited for 3 hours. They kept saying wait for 30 mins. Totally unprofessional and no service mindset. At the end it is even worse experienceI forgot a pair of dress in the cupboard and when i checked after reaching home it is not there, I clearly remember it is left there and i called the hotel to see if they can send it to me. They said nothing is found and lied to me. I do not recommend.this hotel and you can check other better hotels in shiridi.

Room is just okay. Bathroom fittings are pretty old and seem unclean. It wasn’t worth staying for 2.2k per day. There are better newer hotels around at same or lower prices.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
