Worst experience Worst service Very high price No proper cleaning Each and every time I visit the place the staff while checking out call My person to the room and ask for extra money like they have been kept just for our service The staff behavior is worst at the place they don't have any manner how to behave with the customers they use their worst tone in every thing like they're paying us to live there. Total fraud hotel Worst hotel ever i visit not even deserve 1 star. Worst service to much expensive worst food quality washroom have broken shower there was a steen on bedsheet....never ever gonna on this hotel They will ask you for full payment during check in like if you are staying for 4 days they will ask you to pay the amount at the check in

Rooms are over rated,u can say over rated Service is so poor The manager has no idea how to deal with you, What he says only he knows, all customer was confused with their rates and there charges Many tym staff will disturb you in room by knocking nd ringing bell Gizer is not working, and room is fully sufogated it smells bad Very badbad experience

Worst experience. High Priced hotel which provides no customer privacy. Worst lenin provided. Worst food service. Locks are not upto standard. Cleaning of rooms is not been provided only if u approach then provides. Not recommended for family stay at all.

Very poor behaviour of the staffs and they charged so high rates unnecessarily...they did not even provide sealed bottle of water...DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
