The best hotel in amritsar. The staff is very polite and always eager to help you. The rooms are neat and clean. Our train got delayed and the staff not only provided the room to stay but also provided us with the regular updates. The property is ideal to stay.

Really Poor experience from the check in to check out. Reception denied checkin initially because they were not known and later complained about a payment that was done weeks back. Rooms are terrible. Not worthy. No assistance for room service. The only good thing is the Location just walk to the temple

Biggest fraudsters! Do not ever go to this hotel. This hotel is full of frauds. Their employee manager - virendra Beniwal asks for advance payment for room Booking on his account and does not book the room although the call was made to the website available hotel landline. Hotel people are denying that they had this employee at their hotel. Another person at that hotel says that the employee has left the hotel and no booking is available. Then another person calls and says this employee was never given any employment letter he was on probation for one day. The hotel is not liable, how can they not be liable for their employee doing fraud. They extract money from customers and then blame the customers for paying. Shameless people are doing fraud at such a holy place. We will register COMPLAINT of this hotel with cyber crime cell. They will have to pay for their deeds!

The worst thing I experienced here is the rude manager , so unprofessional Rooms are ok ok nothing special that I liked Location is only a plus point for this hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
