Please do not even visit / stay in this hotel. Experienced worst service from them. Staff also is very rude. They cheated us by charging extra amount. Also they do not stick to commitments. They are bloody liers because of which the customers have to suffer. Rooms were also not cleaned properly. My sincere request Kindly do not even visit their website as the price on the website and practically when you reach their hotel dose not match.

Amazing hotel and location is too good. Rooms r small but very neat. Staffs are wonderful and well mannered and polite. People are very understanding I just upgraded my room and they are very kind of accepting my request and doing it. You get everything what you need out side hotel. Near to BKC n Airport. I had a pleasant stay for one week. I certainly recommend all to this hotel.

The communication with the hotel staff has been disappointing. I initially called the hotel's main line for booking, was quoted rates of 4000 and 4500 for double occupancy, and was assured a follow-up after providing details and bank information. No one contacted me thereafter. Upon calling today, Imtiaz promised to share details but failed to do so, citing busyness. When contacted later, he informed me that the initially quoted rates had changed and were increased. This lack of consistency and follow-through has left a negative impression. Also telling me as I forgot the evening person name who I had called for the booking that you could have asked the person name while making booking

Not sure what the fuss in the other reviews is --- we had a fantastic experience during our stay at Columbus. The staff are very good, rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel food really good. It's conveniently located in a residential area in Vile Parle with lots of good options for restaurants. Located close to the highway so you can get to BKC in 15-20 minutes.
