Loved this place. It was so neat and clean. The restaurant was very good. The food was so tasty. The bathroom was clean. They had even provided a hair dryer in the bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hi We visited this hotel on 1st Oct & booked 4 rooms 7 days prior but was confused about property bcoz we were visiting first time with family. But its matched our expectations. Our doubts cleared when we reached to this property as it is far from rishikesh noise & traffic. Food & facilities was good. Especially pool,kids area ,massage sit,gym Only few restrictions for people who are coming to enjoy in open. Staff is nice & professional Food was good & tasty but little over price like roti is 90rs no item is less than 250-300rs. But you can mange if don't want to go outside 5-7 km far. I would say if you are coming with family & want peaceful stay must visit. Note avoid coming on weekends Bcoz of heavy traffic jam from haridwar. Thanks Abhishek sharma

Off the highway location. Hence quite ..and good sleep quality. However, local conveyance is not that easily available if needed. Decent breakfast spread. But the Ala-carte menu and food quality/portions/taste is good.

Perfect stay for family. Hotel staff was friendly and was guiding properly. Breakfast buffet (with live kitchen) was really nice to have different and enough food items in it. Location is calm and away from the city. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks Hotel Comfort Inn (Rishikesh). We would to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
