definitely worths its price very comfortable hotel located quite far from noisy central street, but yet quite close to it if you want to reach it quickly. if room looks towards the river view is amazing - window looks at entire valley. Behind the hotel if you move upper already no buildings, just small road and forest price is above average but level of comfort is very high and for such price it is quite good deal. Room is clean and everything works well. All equipment in room is quite new. Walls are thick so it gives good sound isolation and also it us quite warm in the hotel even in December without heater (though hotel provides heater, but i did not ask) what i also especially liked is hotel team: hotel manager is very professional, honest, with good english and very quick in solving all questions. in some hotels in Rishikesh i stayed before i often had problem to find owner/manager and resolve even simple issues. Other team members very helpful. They offered me to clean the room even more often than i need )) I also must say about disadvantages but i did not find a lot. 1-2 power sockets in room seem to be out of order but actually room has 5 power sockets so it is not critical

Staying at cordelia Hotel was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's modern and chic design immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Hotel is at a good location and bedroom are very comfortable. Food is also well prepared and served. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Only the swimming pool was Little small and little bit unclean. Hotel is situated near laxman jhula which is just 1 km away and just 6 km from neer waterfall and 4 km from Ram jhula Anuj, at the reception was extremely helpful and coordinating. He helped us with itinerary planning for both days so that trip can be best utilised. Also Rahul was our server and he always brought food timely and hot.

Due to its location, it was overall a bad experience. Its staff is not courteous and non-cooperative. Though its rooms are comfortable and the food is quite good. You can get a good view of Ganga from its rooftop.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
