I really enjoyed my stay at the Dalhousie grand l. If you want to travel back in time a bit, to have a classic, in the best sense new fashioned hotel experience, it's definitely worth coming here. helpful and attentive staff. Thanks to the whole Team! i will definitely come again if i am in the area.

Just visited Dalhousie and me and my family stayed here for 2 nights Rooms were nice and tidy. Their service was extremely good and behaviour of the staff was very polite and helpful. Regarding location there are many shops for food items, daily needs, clothes,etc here. Non veg food shops are plenty here, and veg food shop is only at walking distance from here.

The room was ok. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Food was more than adequate both quality wise and quantity wise. The location was ok - was easily accessible, but offered absolutely nothing of famed beautiful views of the mountains, or valleys. The room phone was not working nor the TV.

This hotel was too good. And the behaviour of staffs were so good. They are helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. This hotel is situated near a marke There was everything including medicines house, shoping mall, fruit market. So whenever you want you can go to spent time there. special thanks to Mr Rinku sir

Parking space is not sufficient, room bed sheet is so darty. Food quality is very poor 😭 even in buffet system staff are asking to take limited food. They are not serving water to rooms. Behaviour is so arrogance and rude. Rooms don't have mountain view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
