We stayed 2 nights here. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the lake from the terrace where we ate breakfast. The vegetarian food is very good, lots of variety and the staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Morgan. The special new year dinner was fantastic.

Visited this place during republic day long weekend. Rooms and location are great and a big plus for this hotel. Service is really pathetic. No hot water throughout the day. Suddenly water stops coming and spoil your entire travel plan. Coming to food, they have inhouse restaurant, but you need to wait half an hour for every order. Surprisingly, for curd rice too. Buffet breakfast is included for few, but the same menu everyday, you need to wait again 30 mins if the item is completed, for them to refill it. Someone scratched my car when it was parked, but the security person doesn't even know how it happened. It's of worth only if you get some deal around 3k to 3.5k for a premium Lake view room. Else it's totally waste. Better to go for some premium resorts or hotels , atleast to get some professional service. Totally, average stay experience here

Nice place to have a peaceful stay on your vacation in Ooty. Parking might be a problem at times as the street is narrow(two way) and gets busy during rush hours. The lake side view was good. There was free WiFi and hot water available round the clock. Complimentary breakfast was good. No outdoor play area for kids but they have some indoor games arrangements. There was a bonfire and DJ party during New Year's eve until midnight. Overall we had a pleasant experience. Thank you.

It is located in a walking distance to boat house & has great sight of lake view, rooms or bit old but well maintained & quite and their room service is exceptional & provide 24 hrs hot water service. Bathroom door was very hard to handle & room ambience & window curtains could have been better as they claim as 3 Start hotel. No chairs inside room though they provide few chairs at reception & food court. Balcony are not maintained at all and overall the cost seams over priced but the location demands as it lies on the prime spot

Very good hotel constructed on a hill with the pleasant view of ooty lake. Very good food for pure vegetarians. Jain option also available. Watching movie in the theatre inside was amazing.. Rooms are a bit compact but good. House keeping was not upto the mark.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
