The landline was not working from the time i checked in and after the day before my departure they rectified and i specifically told to do a wake up call but not got any call. Thankfully i had set up an alarm and I was able to reach the airport on time.Also when I asked to clean my room the basic amenities like water and milk were not refilled. Please look into this and resolve such issues so that other customers won't face such issues. The food was good and the room was neat and clean and the people were polite and responsive.

𝘼 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡 𝘿'𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙯 Having recently experienced a stay at Hotel D'corbiz, I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were not only spacious but also meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the courteous staff. Mr. Abhay Chauhan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel's prime location, with a mall just across the street and convenient access to medical shops, added to the overall convenience. The attached restaurant offered a delectable culinary experience, providing top-notch taste and variety. I must commend the hotel for their excellent ambiance. The staff was not only well-behaved but also incredibly supportive throughout my stay. Rahul Mehra, in particular, deserves special acknowledgment for his outstanding cooperation and services. As a frequent visitor to this establishment, I can confidently say that the quality of service and attention to detail have consistently exceeded my expectations. The in-house restaurant also deserves praise for the delicious food it serves. In terms of improvement, it would be beneficial for the hotel to address certain issues. The cleanliness of the rooms could be further enhanced, and ensuring prompt restocking of basic amenities like water and milk would greatly enhance the guest experience. While my stay at Hotel D'corbiz was overall highly enjoyable, addressing these minor concerns would undoubtedly elevate the experience for future guests. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Gomti Nagar.
