The hotel's rooms were nice and clean. All the toiletries were placed in room and hot water was available 24x7. The hotel has 3 restaurants. The one on ground floor has vegetarian buffet menu. The lounges in basement and the top floor have more vibe. They serve alcohol and non vegetarian food.They could improve their food quality though. The staff was helpful. It is great value for money hotel.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff is very well behaved, courteous and helpful. We booked the Royal Tented Suite. Rooms were clean. Hot water was only in the morning for 2 hours, breakfast was good, dinner was good, and the ambiance was amazing at night. The folk dance and fire show was great as well!

I had booked two rooms, but my overall experience was unsatisfactory. I don't believe it's a genuine 4-star property as Goibibo had claimed. It is overpriced; for the same amount, one could find better options elsewhere in Jaipur. The staff's attitude left much to be desired, from the front office to housekeeping. There wasn't even a bellboy to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. When I entered my room, it had an unpleasant odor, and wet towels were left lying around. I informed the front office lady about the stench, but she insisted that the room had been closed, which was why it smelled. Moreover, the lack of hygiene was evident as I had to call for basic amenities such as a working TV, towels, and soap. I cannot recommend staying there.

Its a decent property. Peaceful place. Rooms very tidy and clean. Also they have a beautiful swimming pool and seating on the top floor. Also great breakfast. As per the price i paid for the room, it was a great option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
