Very poor service received from this hotel on 4th Dec 2023. I called on reception booked a sweet at 5000. Their regular rate is 6000 after negotiation he agreed on 5000. When I reached there person on reception said you ll not get bill against it. When I argued with him he denied to give any room to me. Basically he is selling rooms without bill and making money without knowledge of owner/ Management. This kind of service they provides to their regular customer. It was very insulting when he refused to give any room as I had already invited guest for meeting. Management should look into this.

Terrible experience. I had booked 2 rooms in advance but at the time of check-in, they couldn't find the booking. I had to show them WhatsApp chat. Executive rooms were sold out so they provided a Suite. AC we're not working and after complaining several times, finally, they were able to change the room. We checked in at 9 PM and they shifted us to another room after several complaints at 1 AM. They have only 1 room boy on the night shift to manage the entire hotel. The rooms need a major revamp. Management is fully responsible for the downfall. Never going to stay again at Deccan Pavilion.

1.Room And Ambience Good. 2. Service for room is very poor, House keeping staff is in deniel mode. Not ready to listen to the customers requirements. 3. Complimentary Breakfast is a Nightmare. Serving Only Carbohydrates. No choice For Eggs preparations. Breakfast is not upto the Standard 🤔.

Budget friendly hotel. Ground floor restaurant lighting may be improved. Food is finger-lickin good. The only negative part is about the breakfast provided by the hotel. Service provided during breakfast is not up to the mark. Untimely replacement of dishes. Unavailability of utensils. Not a really nice experience of breakfast at this hotel. Apart from this, all other things are super fine.

Worst experience. First of all they will up frontally don’t let you know about breakfast timings and if you call on reception then they are not reachable. They were not able to fix hot water issue for more than 2 hrs so we have to canceled our further plans and have to leave hotel without taking bath. This is not what 3 star hotel provides service to their guests. When we were there so many guests were complaining about services on hotel reception. My suggestion - Instead of booking this hotel you can book cheap lodge so they can treat you well as compare to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
