My leisure family trip to HYD felt relaxing due to the comfort of the room we stayed in. It’s a well appointed business room, spacious for free movement within the room, neatly concealed shelves and wardrobe, nice sized television, a cozy soft bed, a small working table and a clean bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. Drinking water bottles are provided sufficiently. Frontdesk is busy and could be a bit friendly. Room service is exceptional. My requests for extra comforter, towels and bandaid were attended promptly. A functional gym is also in place sufficient for a quick workout. Entrance to the hotel could be better lit considering the hotel is in a small gully. Check out was smooth and quick.

Extremely pleased by their courteous staff and my stay here is nothing but a peaceful and welcoming stay. Rooms are very spacious. Nothing to complain about. Well maintained hotel property. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone be it family, friends, solo travellers or business travellers. The breakfast buffet is quiet good. Overall this hotel gave me a worth staying experience. Especially this hotel is very safe for Solo women travellers.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There are some very good and very bad of this place which can be deal maker or breaker. After speaking with their reservations team, I decided to book it. The security team and Darban are great and so are Roast cafe managers. Rest staff are too many but all clueless and unable to take any decisions. Don't fall for fake paid reviews. Location is good but entrance and exit are bad. Hotel seems new but view from room is horrid and pathetic. Super slow service and things take ages to your room. Hotel provides accessories like shaving dental and bath kit. However room for 3 has 1 shower chappal and 2 towels and 1 toilet roll for a 5 day stay. Bed is small. Not a kid friendly place. Food and drinks are amazing.

I have stayed 3 days in this hotel. I have booked Business room(1 king bed ), rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was complementary with room: it was buffet in their Roast 24 cafe. They do have live counter with Dosa, pan cake, waffles, omelet etc We also tried dinner at their restaurant, it was very good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
