THIS HOTEL DESERVES A BIG ZERO WHEN IT COMES TO RATING. THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR WOMEN. THEY EVEN REFUSED TO PROVIDE FOOD.DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL & STAY THERE. This hotel is managed by goons. Owner don’t care how visitors are treated in this hotel. Their manager SUDHIR GUPTA is rude , ill mannered & unprofessional. Staff is no better - Sunil & Pathak who are at reception are quite capable of making your life hell & leave no stone unturned in making your stay horrible. Being a working professional, I have visited many hotels but this one is the most pathetic one. Due to their bad & disrespectful behavior, I had to cancel my stay. The housekeeping staff never cleans the room & washrooms. No facility - Total waste of money. Cleanliness - Broken beds with weird smell and linens have stains

Hotel Deep Avadh is a nice property located in Aminabad Road near Naka Hindola Lucknow. This is an old building a heritage property type but with the time this building demands maintenance, because rooms are having some issues. First of all beds are not at all comfortable like we see in modern hotels The second thing is that washrooms have no ventilation at all there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom which makes them very suffocating. The property is really nice no doubt very beautifully designed but service is just terrible. I have to call at the reception desk 4 times just for drinking water. And the housekeeping staff are the most lazy one which I have ever seen in a hotel. The guy who came for the room cleaning said sir kya karoge clean karakar sab saaf to hai i mean it's very pathetic. The management of Hotel Deep Avadh needs to look at the maintenance and service quality if they are concerned about the customer feedback otherwise a good property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
