Booked this hotel as only pet friendly property in the location I was looking for. Staff were friendly but not active. Had booked 02 rooms on arriving they had details only for 01 room had to show proof of booking even after paying entire amount for both the rooms. Overall hotel was good but could be more cleaner as work was going on in one of the common washrooms near our rooms. Food was very tasty Sheila at the desk was very helpful The afternoon shift staff at the desk was helpful and friendly Most important my pet got proper food as per his requirement. Thanks to the entire team. We will be back again ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hey guys we visited dehradoon on 1st january 2024. For enjoying New Year party we stayed in deepsikha and they applied hidden charges on check out. Price on online Rs1400 and they applied hidden charges 2000 Rs.

A decent budget standard hotel right in the heart of the city on Rajpur road. They also have a parking space and staff is friendly too. Rooms are decent, tariff is competitive, food is tasty and reasonably priced. Only a few things to complain are - mini fridge was not working, Almira was dirty, and they didn't provide the iron box even after asking for it multiple times.

Everything was good except the fact that they should not have accepted the booking while renovation/ construction works were going on. The sound was unbearable and difficult to withstand.

Room was very dirty, bed sheets and blankets cover was not washed and stinking. Room was stinking due to rainy season. I booked room for 3 days. It was very bad experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
