Hi, stayed at Deva inn in December. Location is really very good. Hotel Services are poor. Rooms are just ok. Otherwise the cost is quite High. So all in all except location, owner has lot of scope for improvement. Hope owner will do the needful

My recent experience of staying for 5 days in this hotel his December can in one word be called..."nightmarish" . They not only cheated us with a room much , much smaller than the one we already booked & paid fully online beforehand ... but their staffs & specially manager , instead of cooperating a bit ... was utterly rowdy , rude & talked using uncivilized abusive words , to our utter amazement .Other than this , their is a huge problem of safety & security in this hotel as monkeys easily entered into my room via the room's broken window ( without any grill or mesh work ) and rampaged my belongings & valuables . Then also , instead of cooperating a bit .. the staff started howling abuses to threatend us , from making a complaint .. claiming it is not their responsibility to provide us any safety & security to their guests . Never hv I come across a hotel with a poorer facility , but really was shocked by the unruly behavior of a manager in the business of hospitality ... absolute fraudsters !!

It's located in mid Area of city Vns if you will be staying here that 'you will be walk &worshipping do the every famous Temple kal Bhairoo Nath Ji &kashi Viswnathji Dham And most of all Shiva temple IN VARANASI BHU And Durga kund 'Manas Mandir 'triangle of temple Dharm samrat karpatri Ji temple.

Location is the main reason to stay in this hotel located in in the mid of Godowlia chowk & Girza ghar just opp Kashi chat vhandar. Though rooms are not so clean. I have found makri ka jali in window panels of room 212.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
