First of all great location, the first view of the restaurant floor takes u to some other world. Just on the bank of lake Pichola, this hotel is great for a friend's trip as ours. They have a restaurant on the top maintained by some other guy where food is really great with a little higher price. Rooms and linen were white and clean. Staff behaviour, always carrying a smile on their face really mattered a lot. Only issue found was the stinking bathrooms, we took 2 rooms, one of which had a weird smell of sewer. We requested to change the room, and they immediately did so to spend the night which was really cool, that was basically their store room which they cleaned and prepared for us at 12 in the midnight. Being not in use, the bathroom of this room wasn't ready with exhaust or a window but somehow we were able to spend the night. The next morning they provided us with another room in the same line but again that room too had the same sewer line smell especially in the morning which was really annoying. But that was out checkout day hence no more changing was required. So overall the hotel, the ambience, staff, location everything was so perfect just these smelly bathrooms ruined the experience. Came to know from the manager that they are going to change the entire hotel bathrooms soon hence hope after the renovation, upcoming guests do not face this issue anymore.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
