ALERT - Please check there cancellation policy before booking. They will not refund your money in case of medical emergency also, and for future bookings will levy various kinds of terms and conditions to use your own money. This makes the property and there people less cooperative and money minded. If the hotel is running full , It's understandable that they didn't take any booking against the booked rooms but after having rooms available which means occupancy was less , still money wasn't refunded. Lastly , before making your booking the tone and courtesy is at highest levels , and post the booking is made they don't even pick the calls even after trying 5 times in a row. Last resort is to chat on watsapp or email. Overall my experience could have been better but it didn't went that way.

We had a chance to stay here for 2 nights. The hotel is at lower Dharamshala. They have a green lawn with clean rooms. Quite place with restaurant facilities . Food prices are at higher side. Staff is good. You have to travel approx 50 min to go to upper Dharamshala and visit all sight seeing points.

Rooms on second and third floor are very good and the outside view of mountain with snow is also beautiful. However, the service is very very worst. My travel agent had booked room on ground floor from which there was no outside view available. We requested the hotel manager to change the room. However, the manager was reluctant to change the room (even though it was available and we were ready to pay the extra cost). He was even reluctant to tell us the extra charges which need to be paid for the same. We had to talk work very hard to get the room changed. Also, this hotel does not provide any room to our driver inspite of frequent reminder from us. We had complementary breakfast and dinner. However, for one day there was no buffet dinner and the ordered dinner took one and half hour to deliver. The icecream was melted. On the day of check out, we had requested packed breakfast as we need to start early. First they told us that the packed breakfast will be given and afterwards told that it would not be possible. On the day of check out, he told that if we had told earlier, he could have done arrangements for driver. A worst experience of the service from hotel.

Good Place to stay... Staff is good. This place is around 5 KM from Dharamshala city, since it is in open, you can park your vehicle comfortably which might be an issue in Dharmashala or Mcloedgunj... Food is ok... View from the hotel is another good point, you can see big mountains... And Sunset in the evening... Dharamshala stadium if visible from this property. If you are staying here and for 2 days one days you can take a trip to Dharamshala and Mclaedgunj and other day monestry is many view points, and Aganjhar .Mahadev temple etc....

Yesterday night we visited Hotel Dharamshala Paradise for dinner and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite trying a variety of dishes including Dum Aaloo, Kadhai Paneer, Mix Veg Raita, Honey Chilly Potato, and Garlic Naan, the food quality was not up to the mark. None of the dishes stood out and lacked the authentic taste and flavor that I was expecting from a high-end hotel. Furthermore, I had a chance to tour the hotel and check their rooms, which were undeniably beautiful with breathtaking views of Dharamshala. However, I found them to be overpriced and not worth the cost. The hotel charged an 18% GST on food, which I found unreasonable and added to the overall disappointment of the visit. While the hotel rooms are picturesque, the food quality and pricing were not up to the mark, which affected my overall experience. Based on my experience, I would give Hotel Dharamshala Paradise a 2-star rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
