        I recently had the displeasure of staying at Hotel Dhruv Shimla. Undoubtedly they have good rooms and a nice location if someone is planning to travel Mall Road, but that is only 50 per cent of the hospitality industry. My stay was riddled with issues that left a lasting negative impression as under 1. their heating system is functional with tower heaters only which is highly inadequate in place like Shimla that too in winters where seeing a negative temperature is quite frequent. 2. On top of inadequate heater system they are providing only one double bed quilt and single bed blanket for the guests in double occupancy room. You can not befool a Himachali guest at-least on these requirements. 3. And after having this welcome when you ask for a quilt, reply is " We do not have extra quilts" that too from an arrogant, ill behaved, sick staff of the Hotel. 4. Everything of this is coming with a good cost. Dear Owner There is something known as Education, Behaviour and hospitality. Hope you keep these thing in mind while recruiting your staff. I would strongly advise against choosing Dhroov Hotel Shimla if you do not want to meet extremely rude staff and destroy your trip.

        Can't say about rooms because I didn't stay but the food....😋 damn. The chef is a master, the spice level, the freshness, the taste! Their Chicken Korma and mushroom masala is a must try! Or should I say everything on the menu? 🤔 Can't speak for all items but do enjoy a plate of rice, tawa roti and chicken korma if you can! All the staff is really nice! Only thing I didn't like was their behaviour towards serving the driver. They give food to the drivers at last, only after you start eating and there's not much time left. That's bad hospitality. If you don't want to, then don't serve them. No one is forcing you...

        Had a great stay here! Rooms are well set with beautiful view. Located in Lakkar Bazaar. Walking distance from mall road. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food quality is superb! Enjoy our stay here! Would love to visit again.

        the staff was so rude they did not behaved well and provided services not in good behave. My suggestion is to change the staff specially house keeping the kitchen service boy the receptions person was good The atmosphere of your hotel will improve they don't know how to talk behave respect and improve your food taste

        Very nice hotel with great bedding, working heater, sufficient hot water, hygienic and well stocked bathrooms. Great food and variety. Good staff. Overall truly amazing experience at this hotel! Also it's at a 10 min walkable distance from Mall Road, Shimla !

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
