        The Hotel location is nearby to Railway station and Airport. The rooms are very small. There was leakage in the roof of the room we stayed in. The Bathroom was not clean. The cleanliness is very bad overall. The coffee cups & plates have stains on them. The taste of food is good. Free WiFi facility available. Overall it's ok for a short stay but for those who seek clean washrooms, this hotel is not for them.

        Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and can say that its neither too costly, nor very less. Complementary breakfast buffet was delicious. And veg lunch buffet were pocket friendly (250 per person including tax) and its delicious too. Now coming to our HOTEL ROOM, its little bit small and to my surprise,there were no ceiling fan. BATHROOM was untidy, drainage system was very weak and hence water clogged everytime we took bath. Explained about the bathroom problems to the reception persons for many times, yet in the end they failed to solve it. Moreover, communication skills of receptionists and managers can definitely be improved for tourists coming from other states.

        I stayed 7 days In this hotel. Room was ok,and complementary breakfast is also good, only the problem with the lady sitting in the reception, she don't know how to speak with with the customers.talking very rudely.Every day after noon in between 12- 1 pm she will call me and and ask when you will check out. one boy was there in the reception,very polite guy.That is way to speak customer, otherwise in Vishakhapatnam so many hotels are there, we have lots of options.The gm should take care of the things.

        Central location, ample space in rooms. Very helpful staff in the reception and the floor. One suggestions would be that it might be nice to have a fan in the room as well as the AC takes a while to work- esp in summer. This hotel is great for families.

        Good price hotel located at a prime location. Food was good, less oily. Egg Fried rice and Mughlai Chicken a must have combo. Rooms are good, amenities are great. Had a pleasant stay here. Can be improved:- Complementary Breakfast menu repeats everyday which becomes monotonous for a person to have same thing every morning when on a vacation.
