During our recent stay at hotel Diamond we encountered a host of issues that left us thoroughly disappointed. The hotel's strict checkout policy and the staff's lack of hospitality significantly marred our experience. Negative Aspects: 1. Strict Checkout: The most glaring issue was the hotel's unbelievably strict checkout policy. We were given no flexibility to pack our belongings and vacate the room, even though it was a weekday and the hotel was far from fully booked. 2. Rude Staff: The staff's behavior was far from welcoming. They seemed indifferent to our concerns and requests, making us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. There were no towels, shampoo, soap. The experience was terrible. Specific Examples: To illustrate the problems we encountered, during checkout, we requested just 15 extra minutes to pack our belongings. The hotel staff curtly refused, showing no empathy for our situation. This lack of basic courtesy left us flustered and frustrated. Recommendation: I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The unreasonable checkout policy and the disrespectful attitude of the staff make for an inhospitable and unpleasant stay. Our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected from a reputable establishment. It's disheartening to see such a lack of flexibility and courtesy in the hospitality industry. Really bad service really bad service. They are really misbehaving, they dont even allow to play music. They dont even let us use the rooftop. The person at reception misbehaves with the girls which are actually clients.

(1) Extremely poor services (2) Dangerous washrooms (3) Arrogant staff (4) No Parking (5) Receipts shared for amount paid are not valid as no govt recognized numbers mentioned. If someone still wish to stay the property is not worth to pay more than Rs 200-Rs500 night stay One night stay at this Hotel which looked good at first Instance turned out to be a nightmare. Late evening, after making the payment upfront once I entered the property and visited the room, found that Toilet was stinking, no soap or towels accessories were available, and exhaust fan was not working. Also, TV was not working. After raising the issue one of the staff, Ravi visited and tried to fix the issue, though all efforts went in vain. To settle the matter hotel staff mentioned sorry and provided a toilet freshener, towels soap. Next morning when I went to check out, I was asked for additional charges claiming there was some color on the bedsheet and one of the towels was drenched. The color on the bedsheet was from drenched towels as it was used on Washroom floor as floor was too slippery. The Front desk Official Noor adamantly asked for additional charges and disagreed that there were any issues with the equipment's. Post validating the problems she agrees to compensate. However, still comes up with some charges to be paid for Laundry of bedsheets. The owner of this property is in Canada.
