oh we survived our Varanasi trip because of this hotel!! Two days breakfast and dinner at this amazing place of which buffet system is the one I recommend. You get unlimited delicious food items at a reasonable price. The staff are very kind and cooperative too.

Stayed in this property with family for 3 nights 6-9 Oct 2023. The hotel is conveniently located, well maintained, well behaved and responsive staff. Meals are well cooked and delicious. Nothing much to complain about. Food menu can have some additions for kids. Comfortable and pleasant stay.

Spacious and hygienic rooms. The hotel is very well maintained. Good veg restaurant with nice spread out. Location is right in the centre of the city with easy access to malls, local markets, Viswanath temple, ghats,etc. Overall a great place to stay with value for your money.

We travelled as a family and stayed for two nights on September 25 and 26,2023. It was a wonderful experience ,right from booking ,stay ,meals , interaction with personnel. The hotel is spotless, bathrooms are so clean and have lovely luxuriant towels.There is provision to make tea/ coffee in the rooms. Senior citizens ,note that this hotel is perfectly accessible upto the doorstep and there is an elevator. Meals were tasty , breakfast ( complimentary) had a good spread.This hotel is purely vegetarian,by the way . All the staff were polite ,ever smiling.. special mention must be made of Garima Chakraborty who was helpful and charming.

We had a brilliant time at this hotel. Super-clean, very comfortable beds and a wonderful ‘sanctuary’ from the hussle and bustle of Varanasi. 10-min walking distance to the ghats. Restaurant also very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
