I have stayed in dozens of hotels but Hotel D’Presidente is on the top of my list in their class for best stays and experiences ever. Their Staff is very hospitable, rooms are very clean and comfortable, room service if very quick and on their toes all the time. I have been staying in this hotel for almost 10 years whenever I am in Delhi, India; they still maintain the same quality and standard after those many years. They will beat any hotel in the area and even some higher class/rating ones. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New Delhi. Kudos !!

The Rooms of this hotel is very dirty and untidy. Infact I went for a stay at this hotel. While entering the room I saw that just beside the pillow there was a 2 small hole in the pillow.. After that I removed the blanket and i saw that there was yellow colour gravy stain in the blanket.. Just posting the name "INTERNATIONAL" doesn't make your hotel international. You have to give the Room in an excellent way. Please check your entire property Room something or the other is missing always. I won't suggest anyone to visit this place. I have never seen such a dirty and a nasty hotel in my entire life..

I stayed here for 2 and a half day and I was travelling for business purpose. Staff was cordial and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Location wise it’s at a good place. One odd thing was that they cleaned my room on day 1 without permission which I suppose a hotel shouldn’t do. They could have asked me. Anyway overall, I won’t call it bad experience. Outside food is allowed.

Worst of worst experience ever. Untidy rooms with non cooperative staff, Called thrice to bring a water bottle in an hour, denied for a single plate, made excuses. Had a pathetic stay there, cockroaches all around, the moment I entered in the room it was stinking. People who sat on reception desk had no idea how to talk to their guests. Not recommended at all. It's a waste of money along with horrible stay.

If there is a minus rating system available then I would prefer to give them -100. I have booked my room from make my trip platform and when at 11.00 PM in night reached at hotel, Hotel receptionist told me all rooms are full. You can find another hotel. Talk with MMT and get refund from there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
