Affordable but mixed experiences. AC rooms seems to be old and horrible. Broken pipe and door handles, dirty linen and buckets. Non AC rooms were better. - Provides mineral water - No hot water - Complimentary breakfast buffet is truly worth. Great food and amazing service - Lunch n dinner available at restaurant at affordable rate - Parking available. - Provides additional bed - Lift available. - Provides bath towel - Room service available but with a rate. - 10 mins walk to the temple. - No good restaurants nearby other than the hotels own one. - if there are any events scheduled at hotel, parking might not be easy and one have to wait even if you've booked a room!

I am giving one star because I cannot give less than this. The price seems to be reasonable. But after checking in you will realize it is not at all worth. There is no proper maintenance. No complementary things like soap, shampoo, oil etc., are provided. No blankets available in the rooms. Rooms were full of cigarette smell. Staffs were not trust worthy. Still they will charge for 2 days if you take 1 our after completing 24 hous. Overall service was not good. I won't suggest this for anyone.

No hot water. Toilets don't flush. Very old equipment with mold. Bath rooms are the worst. Taps do not work properly. Highly smoking rooms, which you can smell in the corridors. Tight parking place. A/c restaurant is a hype.

Very pathetic room condition and even worse toilets even train Indian toilets are better. Water problems are very much no water at night ... If you ask for extra bed they just leave a foldable matress on the floor and give no bedsheet. This hotel is only good as it's near train station and Minakshi temple that's all its only looks no service. One exception breakfast is buffet so can have decent breakfast nothing special.

Positive: Situated very close to temple and good complementary breakfast. Negatives: Dirty linen was provided and after an argument we got clean ones. No hot water early morning. Doors are all hard and kids and women cannot close it..includes bathroom door.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
