        Very bad experience. AC didn't work, plug point didn't work. Empty shower gel in washroom. Very noisy rooms. Such bad condition that I checked out in few hours of my stay. Not worth the price It is not even worth half the amount. One of my worst stays ever.

        Stayed for 3 days: Compact rooms without window. Found Cockroaches in room as restaurants is on the same floor. Bathrooms fittings not up to mark. Breakfast though was complementary service of port 10 cochin restaurant was pathetically slow. Hotel stay not recommended at all.

        Very poor service and totally disappointed. I was just there last night 29/01/2023. They couldn't provide a tea or coffee to my parents as we were leaving early in the morning to catch a flight even tho treebo agent Rahul told me if u request them, they will provide u coz I had breakfast included. This is still no bigger deal but no one was there on desk to help checking out or help my parents to get the luggage down stairs, in the morning at 7 am even tho the desk guy told me there will be someone there. They still owe me 20 rupees but no one cares. I mean m not gonna build taj Mahal with that 20 but it's a matter of principle and professionalism. I was gonna give that to guy who would help my parents their luggage down anyway but no one was there. No service what so ever. I don't know how they run hotel business there. Garbage place..garbage staff...garbage service...garbage professionalism...

        The location of this hotel is excellent.Rooms are ok ok. Hotel staff is very supportive. There is one Kerala restaurant which is very good. Rooms infra need slight upgrade in terms of deep cleaning and minor fixes. Perfect hotel for solo / business travel.

        Pretty decent rooms. Good service. Though a few items, everything was good in their breakfast options. And the best rates in such a prime location! Has lots of shopping and eateries all around.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
