The rooms were good. Though the bedsheets and blankets had some burnt holes in them . They don't provide you with water or complimentary breakfast or any toiletries. It cost me 2000 per night. Which was not okay seeing the service provided and vibe. Though I had a good and safe stay

The very best Dormitory I have ever went to stay. It is just 100 meters away from Sakinaka Metro and about 6kms away from Mumbai Airport. The place is very clean and the staffs are also polite and humble. I had booked a single bed with AC for 2 nights just for 900 through online mode which includes a light breakfast also. Toilets are also clean and odourless. I recommend everyone to stay here if you are going to Mumbai for some work.

Very Small sized room. Don't select by watching the pictures. Even for daily cleaning you've to prior inform the staff. Hotel is like a dormatory set up but paying room rate. For couple and corporate people not worthy or recommend to stay. This hotel is actually for some other purpose like taken for 1 hour or couple hours, i hope you got my point. Better you negotiate because online price is cheap than booking manually. It's RS.800 worthy last but they're charging Rs.2000 daily.

Very clean and good hotel, rooms are small but clean and good, the only problem if you are non smoker then you find a lot cigarettes smell, location is not at all good. You need to walk 600mtr from main road and get cab or auto not easy task from hotel. Overalls if you need budget hotel and location is not issue then must book.

Please remove 3 star hotel status from this property. It's just like a budget friendly oyo stay with small rooms and facilities were also bad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
