I recently stayed at Hotel Empire during my visit to the city. Overall, my experience was quite average. Firstly, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was situated in the heart of the city with easy access to various shops and attractions. The lobby area was well-maintained and had a pleasant aesthetic. However, upon checking in, I found the front desk staff to be slightly indifferent and not as accommodating as I would have expected. They seemed to lack warmth and did not provide any information about the hotel facilities or nearby

The rooms are clean and tidy, but the wifi is terrible. I booked a room for a video conference meeting, but there is no mobile signal and the wifi is also terrible.

Don't book this hotel! They use the relatively good ratings of the hotel next door (Shine Hospitality Empire) to book you in this hotel, which is very poorly rated. Issues we found: - Everything was very dirty. The bedsheets had stains, the floor was full of dead (and living) cockroaches, the room had many mosquitos. - Extremely noisy, both because of outside and inside sources. Outside there were dogs fighting the whole night. Inside the hotel manager and employees were shouting continuously throughout the night until after 3am, even after asking them to be quiet. - The bathroom was the worst we have experienced in India, and we have been in 0-star hotels and rural areas! It had many cockroaches running around, and even the towels had dead insects stuck in them.

The hotel is close to the airport. It cost us INR 2500 for double bed room without breakfast. A hotel with family environment Room was clean and good for stay. Though there were mosquitoes around we got repellent when we asked for it. 24hrs water flow. 3 mins walking distance from Marol Naka metro station

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
