It's a trap . Very very very small room . You don't have place to walk nor keep your luggage just like rat in a cage . I will never ever recommend this hotel for stay .. you will be charged for bottle also .. in photos it looks big but it's not . You will get a better hotel room for the same price .

A BIG NO to this hotel as Rooms are very very small and you even cannot walk inside the room . No ventilation inside the room and feel suffocated .Same Bedsheets have been used which was used by previous guest , I have seen hairs on bedsheet,pillow,fan was not working,lot of mosquitoes.I had really bad experience with this hotel ,please dont stay in this hotel. Everything is chargeable here Drinking water,parking etc.I think lodges will be better than this.

Though the hotel is good but rooms are very small, you won't even have space to put you luggage. Also, they didn't provide the complimetry water bottle they charged for itand ask 25 rs instead of actual price of 20 rs.

I had stayed in the Hotel in 1st week of Oct. The hotel is locaties in Fort area, but in bylanes. Overall the Room was good,,,but the ceiling was little damaged. Mr. Faizan on Reception was very cooperative, he let us for early checkin. While checking out, I had forgot my Golden fingure Ring in the Room, I realised that when I reached Railway Station , I immidiately called Mr. Faizan, and asked him to search the Ring in the Room. With in few minutes, Mr Faizan replied me that the he found the Ring in the Room. I requested him to send the Ring with my Cab Driver, which he did honestly, and I got my Ring back. I am Greatful to Mr Faizan & hotel staff for their Honest approach.

Great place to stay/halt in the Fort area of Mumbai. Compact yet clean, well kept rooms & clean bathrooms. Hot water was available 24x7 since instant(not storage) geysers are in place. Lift facility was available to all floors from the reception desk albeit one needs to hike-up a few steps from the street upto the reception desk. If arriving by car/bike then guess you'll need to park away and in the adjoining lanes/streets or check with manager for alternative arrangements. Hotel though is perfect for individuals/families on vacation, sight-seeing trips. CSMT railway station as also the bus depot are mere 10 minutes away! The new ALL electric 'Double-Decker' busses too start/terminate at the depot -IF you want to do a joy-ride in them. CSMT makes it convenient both for long distance trains as also to travel local Mumbai in the metro-trains iin the adjoining sub-urban section inside CSMT. Cabs too can be availed from Cawasji street/corner as also from Flora fountain. Hotel lacks an in-house restaurant but room-service too is provided by the hotel when required!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
