One of the worst decision to have booked a room in this hotel. If google would allow then i would have given a negative score for this one. To begin with though mentioned during the booking of having parking, they did not provide us one with. Moreover they did not help us also and hence we had to pay an extra for the parking. The manager was not at all cooperative and the staff is highly pathetic. They were to do be called a multiple times. The bathroom's was choked, the tv was not working, and also the bedsheet was torn(unfortunately we did not take the pics of the same). To end it during check out the staff did not carry our luggage(which was just one bag) to the car as they found the parking to be too far which was hardly 100m from the hotel. So overall guys the most horrible experience so far in so many places we have stayed. Definitely a big NO to this place. Please avoid.

Sheets were stained and the room was very poorly equipped. There wasn’t even a cupboard in the large room. The location is good although you need to get to it down a dodgy side street that some may find intimidating (also cars cannot get to it).

Small size rooms are available in this property. budget hotel in Fort area. Prime location like near to Mumbai High Court, BSE, walking distance to gateway of India, Fashion street, Church Gate railway station, etc...

This located in central Mumbai. Staff is very sensitive to any small request or issue from customer. Very prompt to address any request or issue. Clean and spacious rooms. Reasonable charge. Strongly recommend to whoever plans to stay in central Mumbai.

There's a persistent stench in the rooms - somewhat like urine. I was there for work so ended up using it literally just for a shut eye. The room size or approach road wasn't as big a problem as the unclean stained bedsheets and towels. Only location benefit, according to me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
