        This place is a nightmare. Please never go to this place with kids. We visited this place in December. It was - 4 degree outside. - Their heaters don't work. They give a very small heater which doesn't help much honestly. They purposely close their heaters again and again. - They close the water heating systems after 11pm. When we called the manager for it, he was so rude he is like we will not open it. In -4 degree I don't know how they expect people to use the washroom. I requested him I have kids please on the water heater for a while. He literally kept the phone and didn't care. I had told him in evening for the heater too that its really cold please do something abt the heater. They barely cared about the inconveniences. - Their manager is very rude and of no help. - Their rooms are very dirty.. their Bedsheets are very dirty. I really wonder they wash it. Please don't go there. There are better hotels beside them with almost the same price and with much better rooms and services.

        please please dont book this hotel, dont rely upon google reviews, i did select this hotel after google reviews and during kashmir tour i stay at this hotel on 25th of june 2023, they have pathetic room, pathetic services, just after half an hour of dinner my son and husband started vomiting and next day i had to admit my son into hospital due to food poison. My kashmir trip was fabulous but decision of staying at this hotel was my biggest mistake, i suffered a lot, dont take your life on risk, they serve stale food, and even dont have basic medicine to offer to clients. They dont attend intercom, i have never been to such a pathetic place ever, location wise it is walking distance from gandola but whats the point of staying here when they even cant serve you well. make make your journey to heaven to hell by rely on these kinds of hotels.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
