The hotel is the best,had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Fortune in Mumbai. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to help and advise us on the best places to visit in the area. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The service was excellent, with the front desk staff checking up on us regularly to make sure our stay was as comfortable as can be. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. All in all, we had a great experience at Hotel Fortune and would recommend it This hotel please visit once

Very nice place to stay. I was with my friend so it's good for families too. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is a clean and properly sanitized . Good and affordable price. Easy access to any transport and near to the market.

The staff were very responsive. The geyser was not in good working condition..10 mins after getting fixed it wouldn't work but the staff would promptly respond everytime we called. Breakfast was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
