I booked 17 Rooms & stayed at Hotel Gallery 67 for my sister’s wedding and I was very impressed by the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the airport and very centrally located. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The hotel manager, Mr. Subhasish, was very helpful and courteous, and made sure that all our needs were met. He also arranged a banquet hall for the wedding ceremony in the basement, which was decorated elegantly and had a great ambiance. The hotel staff were very attentive and professional, and took care of every detail. They made our stay and the wedding memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Gallery 67 to anyone looking for a hotel in Kolkata with excellent hospitality and value for money.

We have stayed 3 nights and the experience was not so pleasant. In room Floor is very cold and they don’t provide slippers. We have stayed 3 people in a room but they only like to provide one towel. After repeated follow up got other 2 towels. Windows are not at all safe for kids as it can be opened and outside no safety net. Food is ok however breakfast menu is repetitive. Staffs were courteous except the lady in the reception. She is horrible !! Her behaviour is very cold and do not understand basic communication. Overall there are lot of rooms for improvement.

We visit this hotel very often as we were really satisfied with their service ,atmosphere before. But today(10/10/23) we got disappointed, a lady receptionist fakely accused us for having cold drinks from minibar ,repeatedly she misbehaved with us without any clarification about the matter. Moreover they were charging us money for the cold drink we didn't have .This was really unexpected and horrible . Thank you.

Food and ambiance is very good. Tried chinese combo in dinner. All the food was authentic. Only rasagulla in dessert of a chinese combo seemed odd to me. Otherwise everything was good in quality and portion.

This property is well maintained. It is located in a prime location within 8-10km to some major landmarks. The rooms were clean and amenities were good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
