        Rooms are spacious and clean here. They provide toiletries and the location is near to most attractions. It has swimming pool but it's too cold during winters. Rooms has got water provisioning and it's good

        Very supportive house keeping and room service. Initial our room was not cleaned properly, when we informed it they cleaned it immediately. Location of the hotel is good you can get for travelling all places.metro is nearby. Restaurant of the hotel is very nice and had a variety and tasty food. You will get Airpot pick up to hotel. Overall very good experience. Thanks a lot 😊

        Very supportive and hard working staff of house keeping and room service. Location of the hotel is best you can get for travelling all places. Transportation is very easily available just outside hotel. Restaurant of the hotel is very nice and had a variety of food. You will get Airpot pick up to hotel. Overall very good experience.         Absolutely a Big NO if you used to good and clean rooms . They need to drastically change the furnishings and improve cleanliness. They don't allow visitors in the room even during day time .the rooms are small . The only positive is the location. Not coming back here again !!

        I had the most pathetic experience staying in this hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The first 2 rooms allocated were disgusting. stinky washrooms, leaky showers, and water everywhere in one of the rooms. The second room was equally bad with a cracked wash basin, room stinking of insect spray. We requested to change the rooms but they said all rooms are the same. Then we asked them if we could at least see the other rooms, and they agreed. Actually each room was similar but we found a couple of them better than the first and took them instead. We took 1 additional mattress for one of the rooms. It came with a stinky blanket with a dirty spot. When we asked them to change it just changed the cover and said all blankets like this only. Food is also not up to the mark. I advise if you are on a budget and cannot find anything else, only then book this hotel. Eat outside and don't trust anything they say.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
