Nice place. It’s very near to the temple. The staff and management are very kind. They receive well, address all your queries and respond quickly. The rooms are very clean and rest room are also kept clean and maintained well. Recommended for people who wants to visit temple in a walkable distance. Hotels are also available in a walkable distance. Price is affordable, however during long holidays or seasonal holidays it varies and is dynamic. Overall a good place and recommended. Parking is not a big issue , we can park the car in both sides outside.

This hotel is a new building that has been built for two years. All the facilities are new, and the rooms are impeccably neat and clean. Wi-Fi is installed on each floor, so you can use the Internet in your room. The bed is very big and fluffy, with hot water coming out for 24 hours. The best thing was that you could see the temple through the window of the room. It is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the temple and is convenient because there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, responding to the request right away. It is a hotel suitable for quiet rest. The price is very reasonable, so I want to use it again next time. I highly recommend it!

Overall, a disappointed one. The rooms were booked through Agoda. The pictures of the rooms had not resemblance to what we got. It was 2023 December and we reached the hotel by 8pm, so we didnt had any options to stay somewhere else. We booked 3 rooms for 2 days, but next day, we just exited the hotel. The issues were, rooms were not clean, the bedsheets were having black marks (which they said its due to weather), the toilets were not working (flush issues), the cups for water were dirty. The night staff was really a good person. Forgot his name. But the staff that was there when we checked in was too bad. Confronting experience. Initially they said, they cant do anything as they know its peak time and we are not going to get any other rooms. The good thing about Agoda was, after we complained, we saw that alteast they decided to fix the major issues.

Enjoyed the stay there for 2 nights. 10 mins walking distance from Rameswaram temple. It's newly renovated so look is also nice inside. The weather is always rainy so carry an umbrella and walk outside in slippers.

The hotel and hotel manager/owner both are very nice. The room was quite decent and clean. The hotel is within walking distance from the temple. The hotel also provides u with a cab facility for sight seeing if you ask them to.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
