Hotel location is very suitable for Airport Departure. All staff behaviour is excellent. Room quality is very good as per standard. Canteen facilities are available & food quality is mind blowing.

Decent budget hotel. Very close to the Kolkata airport. The rooms are slightly small but have all the amenities needed for a short stay. Good security measures, and very friendly staff. They have a restaurant as well, with pretty good food.

Good, Good, this restaurants food, staff services, atmosphere all is above 5 star ⭐ .. Staff behavior is very good. They served food as hot, the atmosphere of the restaurant was awesome. Their was a spot , this was very curious. I order mixed fried rice & chili chicken, the taste of mixed fried rice is out of mind and chili chicken is enough to tell about that is very good, also I order a mocktail this was so so so refreshing, the setting area is superb, in this restaurants you can celebrate birthday, anniversary party.. I fully recommending you all to visit this place , taking love .. Taste their starter, main course, desert this all are superb 10 out of 10

Overall, availability of transportation is great, the rooms here would get a solid 4.5/5 from me, and service would definitely get a strong 4.2/5. The reason for my OVR 4 rating is because of the wait time it took, quite a lot, was helluva tired and had to wait for the room i had for the day, around 30-40mins if i remember correctly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
