The location is good but many auto rickshaw drivers don’t know this hotel by name. The reception is nice but the front entrance has broken pavement which needs major repairs. The stairs are nice but hotel is missing a proper elevator. The conference room is upstairs and the toilet is horrible and will give you nightmares for years to come. The restroom has dirty floors, the water sprayer is not used by customers properly and hence it’s a wetland with mud and soil everywhere. The washbasin inside and outside the restroom are poorly maintained with taps of poor quality. There is no AC inside the conference room or maybe it was closed when we were there. The elevator was later found in the back portion but it was found inoperable. The roof access leads to the roof which gives a nice view of the Ganga Devi’s river but there is an abandoned building next to the hotel which destroys all Hopes of a nice view.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. I do not want to recommend this place. Booked from make my trip I paid 3500 for a deluxe room which according to the website was supposed to accommodate 3 people but the space was really small . Small room size is only good for 1 person . The bathrooms are not clean. There's no ventilation , no windows in the deluxe room .
