Great experience!! Moved into this hotel after facing an unpleasant experience in another hotel. The hotel is huge and the rooms are spacious and tidy. There's ample storage space in the rooms. Room service is responsive, polite and very accommodating. The best part about the hotel is that it is conveniently located. Most necessities are accessible by 300-500m walk. The hotel has two restaurants, pure-veg and a non-veg one. The food is good and authentic. If you prefer to eat outside, you'll find a variety of restaurants at a walkable distance. The taxi stand and bus stop are situated right next to the hotel. Overall great and comfortable experience.

Very bad experience in this much price range. Rooms interior was good but not cleaned, no soap, tea bags, no towel, complete unhygienic rooms .... Nothing was complementary, not even break fast. When I communicated to the hotel about all these, they told some work is going on, but work was going on out side, what is the problem taking 10 mins extra time from the customer and clean the room before handover ? I have booked the room around 5 days before, still we have faced this. Strongly NOT recommended.

The hotel was amazing! The service there were so nice, and the food was delicious. Neat and clean room also easy to reach the tourist locations. It's a great place with friendly service and tasty meals.

We had a very pleasant experience in this hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, one explicitly for vegetarian food and the other one for non-veg. The restaurant staff were very polite, the price was a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of food is good. The room was very neat, the bathroom was very clean. Paid Rs. 2,500/- per room. The hotel is located in the centre.

Rooms are basic with all facilities. 1 pro -: its situated in the middle of everything. Boat house is 3km Rose garden is 2.5 km And main market is 250 metres 1 con. You will find it difficult to sleep in the hotel around 11am to 8pm ..coz buses have a different sort of horn mechanism. You will hear noises all around. Even from the hotel. Food is 4 star. Cleaning is 3.5 star Room service is 4 star. Staff behaviour 4 star. You can have my words .. You will enjoy your stay..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
