Food Quality is very bad,they have a big rabbits in there kitchen,they serve stale food to customers and everyone know that in staff & owners body. We done there the kitchen exhaust work and we saw everything there while doing our work.kitchen staff is too lazy about neat & clean policy they itching everywhere on body and nose and don't wash there hands,even don't use hand gloves. Atmosphere and location is excellent 👌

The only hotel in North Goa (other than Park) that has a perfect beach access. That’s the one great thing about this hotel. Now let me point out the pathetic side of this hotel. We are currently staying here with our 9 year old autistic son and for all the nights that we have stayed here so far (total of 3) we have been continuously exposed to unwanted, lousy, loud and lewd music that has been orchestrated with disco lights in the whole of front lawn till late at night with drunk people dancing and throwing up. Something no family or decent people want to tolerate when all they are looking for is a peaceful break. I am so disappointed and annoyed that no one’s taken any heed to our repeated requests to stop the music. Our autistic son is scared of loud music and we confidently booked this place thinking that we’ll not undergo any such nonsensical circus in this highly rated hotel. Unfortunately, we were wrong. So please use your judgement and try to find out if any outside events are going on before you book your stay with this hotel! We are extremely disappointed and would never book another stay with this hotel in the future

This was the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in India till yet. There is no hooks in the Washroom gate, Walls are full of fungus. Bathrooms are too smalls. Nothing is good here and everything is bad. Seriously I had the worst experience of hotel in my life here.

Let me start with an honest review with proof, I am a resident of Delhi and I had booked the property for a conference dated 25th to 27th August, 2023. Starting with the property, It is very basic and average. The Food quality is ok but the taste is not up to the mark as it can be seen in all dishes that the cooking team is just completing their work and sending the food without actually knowing the taste. Coming to the hospitality: The Owner (Operations) of the property- Mr. Alfredo who claims himself as the actual owner of the property and behaves like no one is above him he threatened me to cancel the property and just 2 days before the conference. The motive for him to do that was too just hike the charges he had written and booked us at. He denied all his written rates after taking advance and blame the situation on taking Special Permissions and what Not. He threatens the customer by stating that I know the Chief Secretary of Goa and he comes and takes a drink with me. Alll I would like to say is the owner and the hospitality team is worst. Can Attach Proofs Aswell.

The hotel is not what it seems in the photograph. I also got foxed by the good reviews. The staff is ignorant the food quality is bad but the worst part is the rooms they are unclean and very dirty i hope others don't make the same mistake as i Did

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
