        Good service by staff and location is also good. But the rooms and furniture look old and rusty. Our first room door lock was broken. Then we changed the room The second one was fine. But the water in Agra is very salty. So taking a shower was a little uummm you know what I mean over-all experience was good. And I'll visit again soon.

        I booked this hotel for 1 night stay with family. I was booking on urgent basis so I solely went by reviews (which were good). Please don't go by reviews of this property. My experience: dirty room, more dirty bathroom, rusted pipes, knobs, no water when I first turned on the knob. After I asked, the guy said it will take 15 min to come. No hot water at night. Even in morning we had to ask for it then only they turned it on. No towel, no basic things like soap etc. Basically this hotel is not maintained at all.

        Terrible and poor hotel. Not at all recommended to anyone. Could have given a minus rating if possible. The moment we entered they started cheating, We have to wait for 2hrs instead of online booking, we received our room (the smaller one) at 02:30pm after waiting for 2hrs.We have booked a deluxe room they provide us a dirty small bed room. And when asked to change as we have booked higher tarif room they simply denied. The room was in terrible condition, in the name of basic eminities they didn't even provide bathing towel, the bathroom was super dirty and there were fungus on the jet. Shower was not working. The bucket and mug provided was stinky. They were charging extra for providing any basic eminities. The phone in the room was also not working. TV was also not working. Drinking water Glass and dustbin was also not there in the room.

        worst hotel ever experienced, pathetic service, very dirty rooms with worst facilities, staff doesn’t co operate , no proper cleaning in rooms, bathrooms is hell here….there is spider web and very bed smell in rooms… Hard earned money wasted of organisers…

        BEWARE: Do NOT stay here. Booked via Booking dot com for an agreed amount. I got there and was badly greeted by 2 thugs. They check my Booking confirmation and take my passport to scan. As I’m filling out my details one guy changes the price of my room and I get a notification from Booking saying there was an update. They tell me to pay while holding my passport ransom and it was a different price to what I originally booked for. I tell them to give my passport back and show them the notification and he refuses to acknowledge what he’s done, all while still holding my passport hostage. Lucky I had a private driver in Agra who picked me up and took me to a different hotel. These thugs encapsulates what a piss poor city Agra is. I have attached the email later confirming price change.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
