        For the price they charged, not worth it. There are positives as well as negatives. Pros- 1.Rooms are decently spacious. Extra mattresses are provided which can be fit in the room 2. Bathroom is also big 3. Hot water is available 24/7 4. Located on main road Cons- 1. Complimentary breakfast is a combo packed and sourced from outside. It is not made in their restaurant and therefore you may not find it always hot and fresh depending on when you wake up. It is also served in your room. Quantity is more than sufficient and quality is also ok. But do not expect a buffet breakfast as is the norm in almost all other hotels especially those claiming to be 3 star and above 2. Bedsheets, pillow covers and linen not up to mark. Despite washing (hopefully) there are stains 3. Bucket and tumbler provided in the bathroom also had lot of stains and we avoided taking bath 4. TV in the room didn't work at all 5. Intercom was erratic. When trying to dial reception it was mostly connecting to the restaurant 6. Wardrobe was missing hangers 7. Corridor lights were not switched on even after twilight and had to personally go to the reception to get it on. 8. Parking is limited and on the main road though we were told there is limited parking in the basement as well, but we did not venture 9. Did not find any security near the gate 10. Housekeeping and maintenance needs to be improved a lot 11. Last but not least, one bed bug was sighted and few bites on fellow family member.

        Recently stayed here for 2 days. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I strongly recommend. Value for money. Room was spacious and the hotel is located closer to the railway station and is in a busy market place. Reception staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Helped me to get a cab for temple visit and also guided for chamundi hills visit through local bus.

        I have stayed with my family in Golden Castle for 2 nights with complimentary breakfast. Though it is advisable to book the room due to its proximity from market, palace railway station but My experience at hotel was not good due to following facts: 1. When anyone book a three stae hotel, which golden castle proclaims for itself, some minimum courtesy and warm welcome is expected at entrance / parking and reception of hotel. Which was not present. When we arrived at hotel gate we had to unload our luggage from car at ourself only. No assistance was provided from the hotel. We also did not get any warm welcome at reception either. 2. Room and washroom was neat and clean but lighting was very poor and was not charming. It was giving a sadistic impression. 3. It was expected a complete buffet type of breakfast in morning which usually be in a three star hotel but Hotel served same type of quality and quantity of breakfast on both days. It was annoying because no body eat same kind of breakfast on repetitive days at their home either. 4. The illumination at corridor and in room was very poor and was at par with one star budget hotel. 5. At 2nd floor Occupancy of hotel was very low. Only 2-3 rooms were reserved out of total 10 rooms. In spite, they politely deny our request of extended check out time near about for 2 hours.

        Rooms are clean & hygienic. The hotel location is convenient to cover tourist places, cafes & restaurants. No Room service availability. Complimentary breakfast was worst. Could be improved. Nelson was very helpful throughout our stay.

        Rooms were okish, but the management was worst. No restaurant. If we order food to room from other restaurant, hotel people take 20% extra on each food, even for water bottel. It is not a 3 start hotel, no professional management. Shuda's behaviour irritated us a lot. Not worth for money. Mostly payment is done after check in or before check out, but payment was asked to us while going outside to explore place which was very irritating. AC was switched off once payment was done (before check out ) with out maness. I have stayed on many hotels in agar, Jaipur, Manali, smila etc, this was my worst experience and no were I faced such problems.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
