        this is barely a 4 star hotel, even station lodges are better. the food was bland, but the prices sky high. the staff was unprofessional and arrogant. the location is too far away from the all the main sights that delhi has to offer. if you want to enjoy your stay, choose another hotel.

        Impressive hotel with outstanding service!         I booked the delux room and it so conjusted ,,you cant even breath it looks like storeroom ,so i payed 3000 rs more to upgrade my room , that room was dirty,it seems like not cleaned from week and the person in reception who did our check in ,,he was so unprofessional he didn't even greet us in anytime ,he was rude at all the time .other staff was good and helpfull specially guards and(Restraunt)service people..and that freak person really need training .

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
