        We stayed here for one night. Location is very good. Especially food is very tasty, both dinner and breakfast. Service and maintenance is excellent. Zahor is the person who helped us and he very hospitable and welcoming.

        Room is small and not wel maintained. Food quality is not good. food option is limited. Only one veg sabji is available. Food quality need to be improved ... Room heater is available but bed heater is not provided.. bed heater is compulsary in this winter. Kettle for hot water is not provided by hotel but after so much discussion they provided kettle for hot water. Overall service is not good.

        This is a place to stay and enjoy Phalgham. Wonderful hotel with the best view of mountain behind. Too good the service was.. Myself and my wife were surprised with the sevice. No words to mention excellent people over there.They took care of us very well with their best food. Their dinner and breakfast were too good. So tasty. We enjoyed our evening in their lawn with good view and hot khawa. Hot water and room heater were there 24x7. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

        Need to improve the room heating facility. Large windows are making rooms too cold and heating system is not enough to survive in cold. Breakfast is also need to be improved. Dinner is so so. Overall if you dont have other option, go for this hotel.

        It's on the main road to Pahalgam, very accessible. But river is not accessible from hotel. Room heating is good. But washrooms are not maintained. Service is ok, can be improved. Food is also fine but not great.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
