        Please don't choose the hotel. The Receptionist at Hotel refuses the availablity of room. One has to travel long away from Airport and the hotel is in interiors in a colony. I spended one hour to reach to the Hotel. The website shows rooms available but the Receptionist refuses room availability at Website price and demands higher prices of roomsat which you can find many good options.

        Value for money. Complementary breakfast is very decent. Toilet exhaust fan used to be so loud.... Double confirm the rates and all other charges if you stay for longer period.

        Warning warning peps. As far as concerne about the review i must say i have stayed in the stay recently in 2023. And i am sincerely writing up so that one must be aware. Kindly go through. 1- As per the norms of hotel industry one must take care of the privacy which is safety and security terms. This hotel intervened the privacy as the staff entered our room without permission when we went out. 2- The front desk person wasn't polite and conveying us that you go ahead and do complain or what so ever possible. he was so unprofessional that he was abusing his staff infront of the guest. 3- The rooms were very compact and the drinking mineral water wasn't available. 4- every night a lot of noise comes from the lobby of people shouting and making noise. Hence the crux is that one a guest pays for the privacy that he is why he she is asking for a room.another you can't be secure in these kind of stay which shows themselves professional and neat. But the back story is darker then one can think off. If possible spend a bit more and go for some good stays.thank you

        Good place to stay if you are on a budget trip. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Parking space is available infront of the hotel. Buffet breakfast available on roof top. Breakfast spread has varieties. Service is quick and staff is cooperative.

        Staying at Playotel was like a second home for us...stayed for 2 nights and v enjoyed our stay with the wonderful and cooperative staff of Playotel... compact yet comfortable rooms....good hygiene maintained throughout...Thanks to Ms. Gunjan the Manager who helped us in every possible way with a smiling face...food was really awesome and would appreciate the quick service given by the Chef and Mr. Surendra and Ravi at the restaurant....would definitely recommend stay at Playotel....keep it up guys 👍👍👍

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
