Location was good. The food was average. The management staff however was very disrespectful. We stayed with our parents and the staff kept on mentioning that our parents would lose the key card or would invite the unregistered guests to stay. This was outrageous. We booked a room for the entire day even though we had to stay for a few hours, abiding by the policy of the hotel, still they made all sorts of comments. Very unprofessional and imposing kind of attitude.

Booked rooms in bulk for my wedding - all the guests had an excellent stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is prompt and polite. This property is a gem in Noida. Highly recommend the Golden Tree!

Located in Sector 31. Stayed here for 4 nights, rooms are compact(executive room), recommended only for couples and looks exactly as posted in the pictures. Paid 4k per night, may not justify the price, but the location wise its good - Botanical Garden Metro Station(also Golf Course, Wave City) few Kilometers away, Modi Mall, Logix Mall is in walkable distance. Rooms are super clean and the staff was supportive, appreciate it. Food tasted average and prices is on par with other restaurants nearby. Didn't like the Wifi, it frequently got disconnected and was super slow all the time. Airtel Cellular network was weak in this location. There's no name board of the Hotel(strange). Would recommend if you're getting it below 2.5-3k per night.

Decent place for a business stay. There's no name boarding at the entrance which might confuse a new person! The included breakfast spread was a bit lacking in terms of taste and variety, but the 24*7 kitchen more than made up for it with great taste! Specially loved the dal khichdi from the chef. All in all, had a good stay! Would recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
