        The most horrible hotel I have ever checked into in my life. There is noise till mid night you can't sleep... The management doesn't care. Edit: I was kept next to the kitchen where your staff was abusing each other and screaming , so I couldn't sleep. Then I was shifted to another room where people were singing till 2AM, then kids were banging my door in the morning at 6AM... Your staff doesn't bother to monitor the lobby . Shut the hotel if you can't run it properly.

        It was my biggest mistake to book the hotel from treebo. Firstly they booked my hotel in hotel express inn and suddenly in invoice the hotel changed to golden tupliz. Coming to service, pathetic, the staff don't even know what's in the menu and what are items available in kitchen. Need to communicate 5 times and still wrong item sent. Very very unprofessional behaviour, All the staffs are from Bihar so you can't expect more from that. Each and every one is clueless. Don't even know what's the basic amenities needed in the room. Never book golden tupliz

        The location of the hotel is good . MR. ADITYA was very cooperative and polite. The rooms are very good with all the necessary facilities and are also spacious. The food is also very tasty as I tried the recommendation of the chef and it was very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfy stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
