        This hotel was not a great way to start my visit to India. First I could not find a taxi that had any idea where the hotel was located. I had to knock on the door to wake the clerk to be let into my room. The room was not clean. There was no hot water and the bed did not appear to be clean. The lock on the door did not work and the chain lock was missing the hook. I did not feel safe or clean. I would say it was quiet once I was in the room because there was no window.

        Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Appreciate this hotel is mid-range at 3 stars, so we had this expectation in mind and that facilities would be at this standard. However, our rooms did not feel clean - cobwebs in the bathroom, hairs on the bathroom floor, hairs on the bed and stains on the sheets. There were also exposed wires in the bathrooms. Hopefully Hotel Good Times take this feedback onboard, as otherwise the hotel is in a reasonably good location.

        It's name should be hotel bad times. Worst hotel..worst experience. They spoiled my marriage. We booked hotel for almost 80 guest and wedding functions last year. They even confirmed the booking. We were supposed to move to hotel 1 evening prior to the arrival of the guest and start of functions. From morning they were calling and confirming about menu and all but didn't said anything. At night 8 when we reached there they told us there server was down due to which they were not aware of the online bookings happening and due to this they have cancelled our booking. My father pleaded them to help us but they didn't. We even asked them to move us to some other good hotel but in return they gave us address of one very bad hotel which was not up to the mark. Being a bride I have to search for new hotels for available rooms whole night in an unknown city. Due to this my whole wedding plan were spoiled. I couldn't do things i wanted to. Even the 1 day that we lived there the service was very poor. Staff was impolite. They were aware of most of the things. Food was not tasty. Orders were delayed. Rooms were not cleaned. They were even fighting with orther guests. I would request everyone not to book this hotel for any purpose if you don't want to spoil your plan and money.

        Our scheduled arrival seemed to have disturbed the sleeping clerks who did not greet us at all. There wasn’t a word spoken, and no attempt to welcome us. We were shown a reasonable room but it had only one bed when we had requested two. The room with two beds was ridiculous but we were committed to three nights. The beds were reasonably comfortable but, exhausted, we slept well in spite of stains on the top covers. The a/c was not functional. The refrigerator was not functional - a hose was fully detached. There was only one towel in the room and the clerk was annoyed when we asked for another. The tv was not functional. There was no window so no chance for airflow, but the ceiling fan did work, so that was helpful. There was a glass panel between the bathroom and the sleeping area with a pull down blind for privacy. It looked as though the blind had never been cleaned. We kept our shoes on in the room to protect our feet. I understand the need to support local hotels but I cannot support this one.

        Rooms are basic, beds comfortable enough, room service food very tasty (we ordered the veg thali). Lots to improve on though!: Staff were not friendly or welcoming, the floor in the room was filthy, no toilet roll in the room (and when we asked for it, they gave us paper hand-towels), asked to pay room tab in cash but couldn't provide change (even a 200 bill, on 2 separate occations), washing was delivered late with an item missing and still slightly damp, hot water is temperamental, location is OK but some of the uber / taxi drivers will only pick-up / drop-off at the end of the street. Not many Good Times to be had! Also something else to note: most rooms have no window / a window into the stair-well. [Disclaimer: I don't know the state of the average hotel (of this price) in Delhi, so this may be the best of a below-par bunch!]

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
