Seen a very uninterested person running the business (I Felt like they were forced to do this). The room was very small, and windowless (Room type : Double Air Conditioning). The toilet was big, unclean, and slippery and they have a window in the bathroom, that can be opened in the corridor/hallway. Hot waters are timed even in winter, like a hostel. The location of the hotel was awesome. The looks of the hotel also is beautiful undoubtedly. While checking out the receptionist helped us catch local transport, which was unexpected though. If you are with this hotel, you might try requesting them.

The condition of the washrooms were too bad. Dude tried giving us another room but it also didn't have a usable washroom. Property isn't well maintained. The location is great though. The place has a roof top, that is not well maintained but the food and service is good.

My one-night stay at Hotel Gorakh Haveli in Jaisalmer was truly delightful. The haveli's architecture and interior design provided an authentic and charming experience, reflecting the cultural richness of the region. The hospitality extended by the staff was exemplary, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, particularly the aloo paratha. The culinary experience was outstanding, with the aloo paratha being a flavorful and satisfying choice. The attention to detail in the breakfast menu and the quality of the food contributed significantly to my overall positive impression of the hotel. In addition to the culinary delights, the comfortable and well-appointed accommodations ensured a restful night. The blend of traditional aesthetics with modern amenities showcased the thoughtful approach to guest comfort. Overall, my stay at Hotel Gorakh Haveli was marked by excellent hospitality, charming surroundings, and a breakfast experience that stood out, especially with the delectable aloo paratha. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Jaisalmer.

I stayed at this hotel on 21 Dec, 2023 and must say that I had a wonderful experience. The host of this hotel are really nice (Mr Ganpat, Mr Vikram and Bittu Singh) and they ensured that you get what you need. 1. The architecture of this hotel is similar to haveli and you will love it. Don't forget to enjoy the roof top restaurant which has delicious food with a mesmerizing view of Jaisalmer fort. 2. The location of this hotel is awesome and the Jaisalmer fort and patwon ki haveli is at walking distance ranging from 200-300 metres. 3. Mr Ganpat arranged all activites for us at the Sam Desert in a very reasonable price. 4. Next time when I'm in Jaisalmer i would love to stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality. Mr Ganpat and Mr Bittu Singh.

Hotel Gorakh Haveli is very nice hotel in Jaisalmer near fort. Roof Toff restaurant on fort view very nice. Sunset point and near by gadiser lake and salam Singh haveli. Room are very nice and clean.meneging officer Mr Vikram Singh is nice person and help. Ganpat Singh also helpfull person and good service in hotel. Also Pintu Banna are good meneging in hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
