This is the best hotel to book a room to go to Tirupati Temple because it is only 100 meters from this hotel to the bus stand and from here it is very close to the railway station.If you book the room online, you have to check in the room at 12 noon, if you want to check in before that, you have to pay extra.All the hotel staff are well mannered

Though it's located just opposite to Srinivasam and near to Bus Stand, the rooms are not good. They are not well maintained and cleaned. Same is the case with the bathroom. The approach road is not straight forward. You need to come in a small gully if you come by car. The service was horrible. The receptionist left the hotel as soon as he handed over the room. He was not available to discuss till next day morning. We had to adjust and check out in the morning.

The location is the only thing that is better apart from that the rooms were average. If you want to get a room with the worst washroom then you can go for it. Believe me I wanted to take some photos of the hotel but they were pointless.

I stayed here for a night with family. It's a budget friendly hotel. For my family 7 people we got 2 rooms for 2400 total. Don't compare this hotel with high range hotels. For this budget it's ok I will say. Bcoz just opposite to hotel only sarva dharisanam tokens providing place is there. The good thing is it has underground parking.

The parking lot is not good.. it has a very steep slope for basement parking and your won't be able to take your car there. It has a very narrow road connection and very difficult to take your vehicle near the hotel... Also the rooms are average and not maintained properly...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
