This property is really heart and brain of kashmir by having such an amazing view point of the city itself ...very hygiene atmosphere , such beautiful scenic view from space outside the rooms.food quality is good. Staff is really good and have very high enthusiasm in doing their work. Especially the food department All the dishes were plated very well and was full of flavours. Normally in any restaurant you will find either the food or service good, but they have made a benchmark here by maintaining their standards topnotch. I will highly recommend for family outings. Such any amazing stay i had in Kashmir.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with my wife there in this month and both of us are totally satisfied with everything. Location of the hotels are extremely superb.You are free to move anywhere without hesitation becoz it is the safest and nicest place of the city . You r in the heart of city. Location is very prime, easy to move anywhere. I loved it and def visit again and again in this place.

Amazing hotel . I stayed two nights with my friends between 19- Nov to 21 Nov . The Hotel is situated at Dal Lake which is main tourist attract in Srinagar . As soon you enter , you catch the view of beautiful garden where you can relax , sit together and explore stunning view of Dal Lake .The rooms are very cozy and spacious with great amenities . The hotel is aesthetically designed and its colour combination appears soothing to eyes that really makes you feel in Europe. The lip smacking food in its dinning is a great experience to cherish . The staff is very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Haris who is always there to serve you with smile . I Highly reccomend this hotel for travelers seeking luxury hotel at Dal lake.

One of the best stay as just opposite to one of ghat of dal lake so view is great and very close to lake. Inside room heaters are there so you don’t feel cold inside the room. One of best places to stay with great view and delicious breakfast and service. Sonam the helping boy is very kind and good hearted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
