Stayed there for 2 nights with family. It is right in city and near to Jaisalmer Fort. Every place is walkable from here. They upgraded us to suite room. And room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. They have awesome terrace sitting with great view of fort and city. They have limited staff. Food buffet has limited options. They are not punctual with their buffet. Have no tandoor. Very small and limited menu. But staff is polite, humble and very helpful. Objectively this hotel would be 3-star. But they have made huge effort to make our stay pleasant, therefore giving it 4-star.

We had the best experience at Grand Khalifa.. they have royal rooms and lip smacking food! Great service and located in the centre of the city.. it has a beautiful view of the Jaisalmer fort that makes dinner at the rooftop mesmerising!

One of the best - if not the best - hotel in Jaisalmer. Only 8 luxury rooms with all conveniences (the only problem was the internet in our room). Super-clean: an oasis in this dirty town. Small rooftop pool. Good rooftop restaurant. Super-friendly and helpful staff. It was rhetorical perfect place to be. Really hard to leave now!

This was our second stay and we can officially say it feels like home in Jaisalmer. Rarely do we get to feel so comfortable in an unfamiliar city and stay in the Grand Khalifa is that rarity. Great food, great ambience, Latim bhai's soulful music and Bhaikhan being the best host. Best experience.

Very difficult to fault this hotel. Rooms upstairs around the swimming pool (which I think are the various more expensive ones) are very much worth the extra cost. Beds comfortable, and they had already prepared the extra bed we’d asked for, which is rare! They were very flexible around checkout time as we had an evening train.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
